Physical Products

• Orders with Shipping Protection are covered for lost or damaged packages—contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement.

• Orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for lost package replacements, and damaged item claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• We accept returns for incorrect orders within 7 days.

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect; return shipping is free with Shipping Protection.
